Helping software teams bridge the privacy-engineering gap in products.
Led design for core product features and oversaw their end-to-end development. Notable projects: Privacy Assessments redesign, CICD Setup, Login/Signup, Notifications System, Overview pages overhaul, Collaboration layer, Bulk actions, Data Tables, Third party Integrations, Mobile app scanning.
Developed the design system and product visual language to align more cohesively with the broader brand and support the rapidly growing product. Colors, typography, layouts, components, icons and motion design tokens.
Helped design team with the revamp of the marketing website, including brand, illustrations, and web design.

Themes: a color system to build themes for Fold that works across platforms.
Refunds: designed the refund transaction flow for the mobile app.
Tagging: designed the tagging transaction feature for the web app.

Leading the Product and design. Thursday is a platform for remote teams to build strong culture by inculcating social events into the workplace. Some things that I worked on:

User research & product discovery through 25+ interviews and meta-analysis.
Led the operations of our design system to help larger team ship faster. This effort resulted in our product launch in less than 3 months, followed by the creating and launching a new activity every month.
Designed over 6 marketing websites, which resulted in multiple product launches, attracting new users each time and creating an organic lead-generating funnel.

Listener is a tool for software teams to conduct user research. Built on Zoom, Listener allows you to highlight key moments from your user interviews and share them with your entire team, bringing the user's voice to the forefront. Some projects I worked on:
Onboarding experience: Converting founder onboarding into a self-serve process.
Design System: scaling and streamlining the operation and execution speed of design team.
Visual guidelines: creating a guide for Listener's new interface design, including colors, typography, and grids.
Project redesign: redesigned core module inside Listener, Projects, enhancing modularity of user content and an overall better experience.

Worked on AngelOne, one of India's largest stock trading platform, focusing on designing their web experience.
Creating a professional tool for experienced traders that provides tools for in-deep analysis and quick order execution.
User research: Understanding traders' needs and translating them into actionable insights.
Competitor Analysis: understanding the market offering and identifying the gaps.
Information Architecture: Providing various types of trading—intraday, positional, and holding—while ensuring the interface remains simple to navigate.
