Think of this doc like a digital handshake. It contains everything you need to know before working or collaborating with me. It is ever evolving with me and constantly updated.

Communication

• Async as default. Time is valuable.

• Sync for alignment and decision making.

• Written over verbal. Writing makes you think.

• Honest and direct. Any other way is unfair.

• Craft is important. Keep practicing.

• Show rather than tell. Designers are visual creature.

• Quick iterations, early feedback. Repeat.

Goals

• Work more on producing my side-projects.

• Be proud enough to I put my name on it (Sign your work).

• Design technology for good. of people and the world.

Ideal environment

• Remote, with notifications off, music on.

• Focused work in the morning.

• Research and reading in the evening.

Weaknesses

• At this stage, I’m still learning on how to give feedback

• Currently I go through a crash & burn cycle of producing work, want to create a sustainable approach to this.
